Club Workshop - High Speed Photography

Workshop - High Speed Photography 

Venue: SWAT Shooting Range - Directly opposite Zwartkops Racing Track on the R55.
25°48.390’S 28°6.775’E

Cost: R100/ person (We must hire the shooting range)

 

The objective is to freeze a high speed action such as a bullet or arrow when it hits a

target. By selecting the right targets, spectacular results can be achieved (refer to sample shots below)….

The following camera gear is required :

 Camera with medium telephoto/zoom lens (200mm min) with lots of memory and full batteries

 Sturdy tripod with trigger release

NPC Internal Architectural Salon

 

Dear NPC Member,

As announced during our September club event, you are invited to enter NPC's internal architectural salon. Please refer to the attached information brochure prepared by Paul van Helden. Entry details are as follows:

• Entries via Photovault
• Closing date : 31 October midnight
• 4 categories with max 2 photos per category. Please refer to the last page on the information brochure for category definitions

• Entry Cost : FREE
• Judging: Paul van Helden and Annemari Coetzer

• Results will be announced on 20 November at the club event
